Does joint pain worsen when it is hot?
I
seem to get heavy legs within about 30 seconds of walking,
is this part of APS?
Is
it possible to carry a baby to full term with APS?
Does
APS just 'Go away'?
Can someone please tell me the symptoms of LUPUS compared to APS?
I
am not on Warfarin, but am on blood thinners. Every
so often my speech gets slurred, and it has been noticed
that at the same time I snore. Why?
What
is the death rate from APLS?
I
have been diagnosed with APLS after recurrent miscarriages,
recently I lost vision in my right eye and had real
problems talking or understanding what was happening
around me. The doctors at A&E said I was having
an Occular Migraine, should I be worried about this?
Are APLS patients more likely, than the population at large,
to
develop coronary artery disease?
I have
read messages that mention it and I have Iron deficient anemia and
wondered if it is a symptom of the APS?
If your IRN is raised enough do you get some relief from the headaches?
My range is 2.5-3.5 but have hardly had a day free from pain in the last
3 years. I have been on Warfarin since 2001 at first my range was 2-3 then
in 2003 I had either a clot in my brain or a migraine, the doctors
couldn't agree, so my range was increased just in case.
Here are 2 questions
in one mail:
I am currently experiencing superficial blood clots more frequently. I
have one in the hand right now (seemed to start in the thumb joint), about a
month ago one in my forearm and in my calf. I am currently on
coumadin for APLS. I also wonder if it's an indication that they aren't
keeping my INR high enough to prevent these.
Also, do people with
APLS have a higher incidence of getting rheumatoid arthritis?
I have seizures which are very much like Epilepsy, my doctor keeps telling me it is not Epilepsy, but cannot tell me what it is. He seems very good at telling me what many symptoms 'are not', but fails to tell me what they are. Can seizures be part of APS?
